结构：
1、包布 选用特殊棉帆布，具有高抗张性，耐磨性能特性，使表层有顽强之抵抗力。
2、伸长层 选用具有良好伸张性能的橡胶，主要承受三角带在运转弯曲时的部分张力，增加三角带的弹性。
3、胶带抗张体（补强） 为胶带强度的主要承受部分，选用拉力特强、不伸长的聚酯线绳。
4、压缩层 选用高抗挠性、高耐磨、低压缩变形橡胶，能保持胶带在使用时的正常断面，保护胶带中心的抗张体。
CONSTRUCTION
1.The protective cover is wrapped on the bias and has strong friction resistance and excellent flexibility to protect rubber body and cable cord.
2.Extention layer is selected by rubber with good extention performance, mainly sustains part of tension produced by the running of cravat and can improve the elasticity of cravat.
 3.The tension member is composed of rubber and polyester cable cord with extuaordinary tenacity to provide great tensile strength.
4.The Compressive layer supports the cable cord in appropriate position and hold the cushion stuff to give extra flexibility and minimum heat built-up during engagenment. |
普通V带的使用和保养
1、主动轮和被动轮的速比最大1：10，普通V带的最高用速度为25M/S。
2、大小带轮的中心距离应大于大轮的直径，小于大小轮边径的和。
3、使用温度宜在50℃以下。
4、普通V带每秒钟的曲挠次数不应大于40次。
5、使用时尽量避免阳光直射和雨水浸淋，上带时切勿用工具硬撬，并加防护罩。
6、新旧V带不能混合使用，聚酯线绳和帘布V带不能混用。
7、普通V带严防沾染柴油，汽油及其它油类。
Use and maintain of common V belt
1.The biggest velocity ratio of driver and passive wheel is 1:10 and the highest velocity of common V belt is 25M/S.
2.The center distance of big and small belt wheels shall bigger than the diameter of big wheel and less than the sum of sidelines of big and small wheels.
3.The use temperature shall be below 50℃.
4.The times of running per second of common V belt shall be below 40.
5.Avoid sunniness and rain soak. When use belt, never prize by tools and shall use shield.
6.New and old V belts can not be used together and polyester thread and shade V belt can not be used together.
7.Common V belt shall extremely avoid tainting diesel oil, gas and other kinds of oil. |
